  Hit and miss too inconsistent, it's nice sometimes but got takeaway no Cesar dressing or parmasean cheese... Also it's as though they ran out of lettuce yet still served it. Not sure how you mess up a salad and still have a functioning restaurant otherwise pizza are okay

  We were warmly welcome by Marta when we arrived, and her professional attention was evident throughout our delicious meal. We have thoroughly enjoyed the Arrancini starter and the Seabass main at other Zizzi branches, and were not disappointed 😊 We were able to use our Tastecard, too, which was a further treat - as was the complementary mini hot chocolate we were given at the end of our meal! ❤️

  We were celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday and the service was very good. Marta looked after our group of 15 very well. We had to rearrange the tables slightly but staff were happy to help us. Meals all arrived within 5 mins of each other. Overall a really good evening 😊

  I went to Zizi today to buy the bolognese fries and ended up with what feels like food poisoning. I have not eaten anything else today besides this meal, and shortly after eating I became very unwell. Really disappointed and concerned about the food quality and hygiene standards. Definitely not the experience I expected and I will not be coming back.
